Winter provides a magical colour backdrop for your Wedding at Jaspers…Garnet, plum, raspberry and coffee bean. Jasper’s florists styled a beautiful wedding last weekend…full of winter berries, lush autumnal tones, deep rich velvet hues… This all worked to enhance the look and feel of The Orangery at Jaspers, Berry creating a winter woodland magical feel. The Wedding Feast incorporated our Colonial Garden Tea Party…the deep rich velvety winter blooms enhanced our beautiful Venetian Glass Tea Set. A grand time was had by all!

Chocolate …no introduction needed, a sweet ending to a new beginning… Alison, our Executive Pastry Chef makes all these delicious homemade chocolates served with Italian Hot Chocolate. Cioccolata Calda – Italian Hot Chocolate with Chocolate Condiments To Be Served On The Chocolate Bar… Liqueur Jelly Spoons Mini Meringue Kisses Marshmallow Swizzle Sticks Peanut Brittle Florentines Chocolate Dip Strawberries Nutty Chocolate Bar Home Made Honeycomb This was a real crowd pleaser at Jaspers last weekend when we served this for a late night Supper

Winter blooms are very beautiful especially when arranged with organic elements such as Berries, Moss and Dodo Vine. Our flower brief was to use pops of magenta with cascading foliage and we loved creating something magical for Melinda and Andrews Wedding at Jaspers last weekend.  Melinda styled her Wedding at Jaspers to reflect the glamour of the 1940’s…

Caroline and Sean booked Jaspers, Berry over the net from the UK and arrived in Australia a couple of days before the Wedding.  Caroline’s flower brief was based on her Grandmothers bouquet…we used deep red and pink Roses, Spray Roses, Ivy Berry, Springeri and Passionfruit Vine reminiscent of the 1920’s. Jaspers Garden glowed in the Winter twilight…We wish Caroline and Sean all the very best! A special thank you to Tim Pascoe for sharing his beautiful images…
